Position Overview: As an Assistant Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring efficient goods-in and goods-out processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing stock levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Monitor stock movements and update inventory records accordingly.
- Assist in investigating discrepancies and resolving stock-related issues.
- Work closely with the Stock Controller to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in stock control or a similar role.
- Knowledge of goods-in and goods-out procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving license due to the remote location of the business.
