We need a Business Development Executive, For a Scientific equipment supplier in Crawley, Pioneers of optical emission spectrometers, with continuous R&D ensures product excellence.

You will be covering the UK Market. A site-based role with Hybrid Working options.
Basic Salary £30,000-£40,000 + commission We offer a fantastic earning potential in the role,  achievable for those with a forward-thinking and ambitious mindset.

Key Duties;

To maximise the company order volumes & revenue targets that are set, ranging from (but
not limited to) new inbound leads, self-generated outbound opportunities and through
Our marketing platforms.

To proactively encourage and maintain a positive, vibrant and professional environment
Across all teams.

 Shape pricing and social media strategy with the Head of Business Development and
Marketing to ensure the company is maximising their content on all social media and e-
Mail marketing platforms.

Manage inbound contacts and outbound telephone and TEAMS appointments with a
Focus on maximising conversion rates from contact through to sales.
Attend product training days as required for all products.
Attend exhibitions in the UK and abroad if needed.
