This role is main kitchen HOWEVER we are also looking for a pastry chef de partie for the pastry department, the pastry package is £29-31k
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie for a hotel in the main kitchen, you will prep your fridge, cooking to a rosette level, have your fridge ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
