Day to day focus:

  • Identify and target commercial partnerships across various destination site categories to roll out fully funded solution to landlords.
  • Provide a consultative approach, building relationships through expert advice on infrastructure solutions we can offer.
  • Engage with clients over the phone, video calls, and in-person to convert into long-term clients.
  • Attend events and conferences to represent the company brand and mission.
  • Act as a role model for less experienced team members, offering coaching opportunities.
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline through HubSpot, tracking all sales activities.
  • Influence and build relationships with business owners, directors, and heads of departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, particularly in infrastructure solutions.
  • Confidence in engaging with B2B clients and securing meaningful partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience across various segments such as Retail, Workplace, Residential, or other Destination sectors.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new solutions
