Are you a proactive and experienced Global Training Operations Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the learning and development landscape? Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Training Operations Manager.

As the operational lead for all aspects of technical skills and product training, you will be responsible for empowering a global team, ensuring that they receive premium technical and product training. In addition to product training, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of broader technical training programmes, supporting induction, early careers, advanced technical training and career development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational management of a global network of Training Centres and their teams
  • Adoption and implementation of training programmes across all career stages
  • Building strong relationships with Training Centre teams, providing support to address capability gaps
  • Implementing and managing global audit programmes to ensure quality training activities
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulatory bodies regarding training requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Learning & Development environment
  • Technical training management experience
  • Experience in remotely managing a global team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organisational levels
  • CIPD or other recognised Learning & Development qualification (highly desirable)
