HR ADMINISTRATOR (12 MONTH CONTRACT)

Are you ready to make a difference in the heart of a dynamic team? If so, Pertemps Crawley are working alongside a Crawley-based manufacturer renowned for excellence, looking for a passionate and detail-focused HR Administrator to join them on an exciting 12-month contract!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll preparation: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and handle various administrative tasks with precision.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, assist in resolving conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • ISO Compliance: Support the maintenance and adherence to ISO standards, ensuring all HR practices align with regulatory requirements.

The Person:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ISO standards
