An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Office Manager to provide critical oversight and ensure transparency of a range of projects. Day to Day Role:

  • Provide oversight and support for projects aligned with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead on specific project areas, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.
  • Monitor progress of programmes and projects against agreed KPIs.
  • Develop support systems and channels of communication to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the Chief of Staff to prioritise work for the Executive Office, Chair, CEO, and Directors.
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date and of high quality.
  • Be a representative at internal and external meetings and deputise for the Chief of Staff as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with Executive/SME leads.
  • Manage expectations and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the preparation of high-quality briefs, speeches, and presentations for the CEO and Chair.
  • Manage the systems of complaints within the Executive Office and assist in the resolution of complaints.
  • Advise on the budget/finances of the Executive Office, monitoring relevant budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within a Trust or similar organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under the direction of the Chief of Staff.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to draft high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence.
