We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer to join our team, working on the full lifecycle of electronic system development. This role involves designing and developing mixed-signal and power electronic systems for demanding environments such as defence, maritime, and aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop mixed-signal and power electronic systems.
Create PCB layouts with a focus on signal integrity and noise reduction.
Ensure compliance with EMC, LVD, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with system engineers, production teams, and suppliers.
Evaluate design choices between bespoke power supplies and COTS solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Experience in mixed-signal or power electronics design.
Strong PCB layout expertise, including manufacturability considerations.
Background in defence, maritime, or aerospace industries preferred.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as EMC and LVD.
Leadership or mentoring experience within an engineering team.
Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
