Area Security Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time Area Security Officer at prestigious locations in Crawley, Redhill and Bolney.

The rate of pay is £11.44 - £13.25 per hour.

This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week, covering mainly weekends on days and night shifts, you must be available to also cover bank holidays where required.

You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport for this position.

Please note you must be over 18 for this role.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll ensure the safety of our customers staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. Other responsibilities include:

- Greeting staff and visitors
- Interacting with the public
- Ensuring they follow security protocols keeping our customers and their premises secure
- Patrolling the premises and dealing with any security incidents
- Ensure visitors and staff are in a safe environment by de-escalating situations in a firm but respectful manner.

Our Perfect Worker

It would be ideal if you have an SIA licence or experience in security, but if not, then full training will be provided.

Please note you must be over 18 for this role.

What's crucial is your great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech savvy enough to use our digital devices.

As this is a mobile position, you will also need to have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
