Do you have experience setting up manufacturing/ production lines and are looking to join a well-recognised FMCG manufacturing business, in a highly autonomous and challenging role working with new state-of-the-art machinery, where you will be invested in with excellent training to progress your career into a management position and play a major role in the future success of the business?

This company are part of a global powerhouse who manufactures a range of products globally. Due to continued growth they are looking for a process-driven engineer who can progress into a leadership role in the business.

In this role you will be involved in continuous development and the implementation and improvement of new manufacturing equipment and production lines, working closely with the R&D teams to facilitate continual innovation within the business. You will also test and define optimal machine parameters in order to develop efficient processes.

The role would suit someone who has experience implementing new machinery and production lines, such as Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, senior maintenance engineer or similar.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours - flexible start and finish time
*Hybrid working in office and from home
*Leading a small process development team (4 direct reports)
*Running projects involved in enhancing processes and upgrading equipment and implementing new production lines
*Test and define optimal machine parameters

The Person:
*Experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar
*Implementing new machinery/ production lines
