Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Crediton

Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time, 40 hours per week, 07.30am-4.30pm or 08.00am-5.00pm

The Role: The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of an upbeat and friendly team of 4, being the first point of contact for customers. This is a busy role which entails building strong and lasting relationships with customers, providing a top-class service accurately processing orders and maintaining excellent communication skills throughout.

Your strong administration skills along with hard work and attention to detail will help you succeed in this fast-paced customer focused role. Dedication and loyalty are always appreciated by this supportive company and will be rewarded.

Day to day tasks include:

Manage incoming calls and customer service enquiries

Build lasting, positive relationships with customers

Process customer orders on inhouse system accurately

Work with the inhouse database and process information paying close attention to detail

Update any discrepancies and correct orders if any problems arise

Provide administrative support for team members in the office along with support for the wider the sales team
