Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in picking and packing as well as goods in and dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment
- Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in picking and packing within a warehouse environment
- Experience with counterbalance forklift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
