Working with the Financial Controller you will support the preparation of the monthly management accounts, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring precise financial reporting.In this role, you'll actively contribute to refining processes, systems, and reporting, presenting a chance for growth and involvement in enhancements.Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual currently studying towards their accounting qualification and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent benefits on offer.What we need from you?

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and monthly journals.
• Managing the fixed asset register.
• Contributing to reporting tasks including taxation, dividends, and annual reports.
• Supporting financial performance monitoring, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
• Maintaining strong internal relations with key stakeholders within the business.
• Assist in the year-end statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation and evidence.
• Generating KPI reports covering financial and non-financial metrics
• conducting reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts.

What you need to succeed?

• ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relationships and interact at all levels.
• Attention to detail with a right first time approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
