- Team Structure: You'll collaborate with the UKI Marketing Manager, segment marketing managers, marketing analysts, channel marketing specialists, and a dedicated sales team.
- Your Impact: Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies for new and existing offers. Conduct local market research, craft compelling value propositions, and design targeted campaigns across various channels.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track performance, measure ROI, and optimise strategies based on data insights. Manage your allocated budget effectively and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Product Champion: You'll manage the entire lifecycle of products and solutions within your segment, maximising performance from launch to end-of-life.
- Market Leader: Increase market share across your assigned segments through strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge is Power: Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and product knowledge through ongoing research and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the value proposition of expertise and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A-Level equivalent education (or comparable)
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operational marketing
- Proven ability to plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Budget management, reporting, and campaign measurement expertise
- Excellent written, communication, and negotiation skills
- Adept stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Illustrator

Job Title - Marketing Executive
Location - Crewe
Type - Contract 12 months
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs / flexibility to work 4days a week or school hours.
WFH 2-3 days a week as an option once fully trained. 1 or 2 days a week is to be done onsite.
