Accounts Administrator 

£25,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join small and friendly team as an Administrator/Accounts Assistant.  This role will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments and managing general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • SAGE experience desirable. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
