Payroll Coordinator - 6Mth FTC Project

Crew | Full time in office

Up to £30,000

Our client is growing! There is a lot of exciting improvements going on and this is where you come in. We need an experienced Payroll coordinator to support the team whilst they transfer onto new systems. You will be supporting the payroll department in a busy team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monthly analytic reports
  • Supporting the team with the implementation of our new payroll system
  • Analysing data from the system to deal with variances/discrepancies
  • Input data onto a computer system in relation to new employees, current employees and those leaving the company
  • To keep accurate digital records
  • To deal with miscellaneous correspondence in relation to payment of salaries
  • To provide statistical and analytical information in relation to payroll as and when required
  • Processing of statutory payments, pensions & timesheets
  • To carry out any other duties that may arise in the Payroll Department

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU

  • Experience in a fast paced payroll environment

  • Basic Knowledge of statutory payments and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in Payroll is required
  • Strong background in an payroll office environment
  • Strong Google docs and Excel skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
