?? About the Role:

As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programmes and complex projects, ensuring they are defined and set up for success. Your expertise in hands-on delivery, solid finance management, and stakeholder engagement will be pivotal in achieving business outcomes, all while maintaining a strong focus on governance and programme goals.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and set up Programmes using appropriate governance and delivery methodologies
  • Define and align programme scope and goals with stakeholders
  • Manage financials and resources, monitoring programme expenditure
  • Maintain accurate programme/project plans, identifying dependencies
  • Proactively manage programme risks and issues
  • Validate technical solution designs to meet business needs
  • Drive change readiness and effective change management
  • Champion effective programme communications, keeping stakeholders engaged

�? Skills & Experience:

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, our client is seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • 5-10 years of Programme Manager experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry - Desirable
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide projects
  • Strong hands-on approach with solid finance management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in programme & project management, with an emphasis on governance
  • Capacity to navigate through difficult situations and motivate teams
  • Proficient in escalation management and risk mitigation

?? Additional Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge of core project management techniques and methods
  • Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Degree or Diploma in Computing/Business Administration or equivalent - Ideal
  • Advanced Project & Programme Management accreditation, e.g., Prince2, Agile/SAFe - Ideal
