We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a global manufacturing company based in Crewkerne. As a HR generalist, you will use your expertise and experience to support the day-to-day HR functions, working closely with the HR Manager. This role is part-time, with flexible working hours of up to 21 hours per week, allowing you to choose your own days and start and finish times. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Previous HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of current employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A structured and organised approach to your workload
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office packages
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
