As they continue to grow and expand their portfolio, they are seeking a talented and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team to run a 15m house refubrishment in Somerset.

Position Overview:

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the project management team. You will play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Conducting cost analysis and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Identifying potential financial risks and providing proactive solutions.
  • Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and financial performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
