As they continue to grow and expand their portfolio, they are seeking a talented and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team to run a 15m house refubrishment in Somerset.
Position Overview:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the project management team. You will play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing project budgets.
- Conducting cost analysis and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Identifying potential financial risks and providing proactive solutions.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and financial performance.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- An understanding of construction regulations and standards.
