Warehouse Operative & FLT Driver - Nights


£26,300 per annum (£12.64p/hr), Temp to Perm role, Night Shift, 10:30pm to 7:00am, Sunday to Thursday, 40hrs per week.

Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative & Forklift Truck Driver (Counterbalance) to cover all Warehouse functions at one of our Large Warehouse and Transportation Clients based in York. This will suit those looking for progression opportunities and those looking to learn new skills.



Day to day tasks for the successful candidate will be:

- Loading and Unloading

- Order Picking

- Moving stock around the Factory

- Goods In and Out

- Counterbalance FLT work - Externally Accredited

- Manual Handling

- Marking up incoming stock

- General Warehouse duties

- Preparing Pallets for Despatch



Key skills required for the role include:

- Must hold a Counterbalance FLT License - Externally Accredited - In-house licences NOT accepted

- Reliable, hardworking and willing to listen and learn

- Health & Safety awareness

- A team player who can use their own initiative

- Capable of working unsupervised

- Understanding paperwork



You will be required to work a core of 40hrs per week, 10:30pm to 7:00am, Sunday to Thursday. Overtime may be available during busy periods. The role is advertised as Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
