Kitchen Leader - Worklife balance - £14 per hour( £27,300 p/a) - Cromer area
A popular independent centre is seeking to appoint a kitchen leader to join a brigade and continue the sites reputation for catering excellence !
Key Info:
Salary: £27,300 ( £14 p/h)
Hours: Permanent, Full Time , 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
Typical shifts: 0700-1500 or 1200-2000
Location: Cromer area
Use of a car is preferred but not essential
Meals provided whilst on duty
On-site parking
You will support the centre manager with the smooth running of Catering services. You will drive standards to enable the achievement of the highest levels of guest satisfaction whilst ensuring costs are in line with budgets. Your role will include all food ordering, staff training, stock taking, menu planning and assisting your chefs in the preparation and provision of meals ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
About you
Experience of working in/managing a catering/ busy kitchen environment and complying with health and safety standards.
Experience working as part of a team and using your own initiative, and be able to develop, drive and inspire
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
