As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Have 6 months prior experience, working within a healthcare setting with a genuine passion for the industry
- Female Care Assistants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
- Must have full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Be of legal age to deliver care (18+)
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
