Are you an Administrator looking for your new role?

Contract Scotland has an Immediate requirement for a Administration Assistant to join our clients team in Glasgow. This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, immediate start and will run up to December 2024. 

Duties Include: 

  • Weekly scanning and filing of all paperwork
  • Maintaining and updating daily reports
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Managing internal database
  • Booking accommodation as and when required

The ideal candidate will have good administrative experience, excellent communication skills, must be personable. You will be required to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm although this can be flexible, £12.00 P/H plus holiday pay.
