A dedicated, skilled, and enthusiastic bartender is needed to join the amazing team at the Wellesley Hotel. The bar is home to Cognacs from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, superb Champagnes, and an astonishing collection of Cuban cigars. It is a destination in and of itself and offers a singular experience within London's thriving bar scene.
As a bartender, you will be a skilled member of a team that serves our customers to the highest standards and with exceptional service. The importance of guest recognition and the guest bar experience is a major focus of this important position. You should be enthusiastic about your work and want to advance your career inside the organisation.
Our bartender should be able to prove the following qualities.
·Experience in a similar role in a bar within a luxury establishment is essential
·London experience and familiarity with a hotel environment is desirable but not essential
·Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
·Immaculate grooming standards
·Excellent beverage product knowledge is essential
·Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
What we offer:
- A Salary up 33K per year including service charge, plus tips
- 40 hours per week (breaks excluded) on 5 days rota
- Straight shifts only
