We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Bartender to join Starhotels team on full time basis to support our The Franklin London Bar at the iconic Franklin Hotel.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Creating atmosphere & great guest experiences
- A good knowledge in classic cocktails & spirits
- Maintaining expected standards & quality controls
- Training floor staff on beverage knowledge
- Keen organisation & high cleanliness standards
- Influencing new bar menu items
- Keeping up to date with the industry
- Keep up to date on food & drinks matrix
- Communicating drinks聽availability聽to floor staff
The successful Bartender will be able to demonstrate:
路Great organization and communication skills
路Excellent customer service skills and attention to details
路Previous experience in a similar role is necessary and experience working in boutique hotels would be advantageous
