Job Title: Carpenter

We're on the lookout for a talented Carpenter to join a leading maintenance company to maintain housing association properties throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties. As well as undertaking other minor works such as remedial plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling, painting and decorating.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or equivalent In Carpentry
- Experience within Social housing and maintenance
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum.
