We have an amazing opportunity for a Safeguarding and Health & Safety Manager who will be required to oversee and ensure the implementation of effective safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures, providing a safe learning and working environment for all employees and learners. You will be required to lead on all aspects of policy and procedure concerning safeguarding.
Location: Home Based on national travel to centres as required
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recent experience and knowledge of post-16 safeguarding and Equality Diversity and Inclusion legislation.
- Level 3 adult safeguarding certificate or equivalent
- At least 3 years of previous management experience in a Health & Safety role
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Good IT skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Driving licence and use of a car
