Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

* Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, offering support to students individually and in small groups.
* Student Development: Help create a positive learning environment that supports the academic and social development of Year 4 students.
* Resource Preparation: Prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring all students have the necessary tools for learning.
* Behaviour Management: Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and orderly environment.
* Inclusive Practice: Promote an inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and supported, and help differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Progress Monitoring: Assist in assessing student progress, providing feedback to the teacher, and helping to adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with primary-aged children, is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support classroom activities effectively.
