You will work closely with the Factory Manager and Production Manager in this varied role, with a mixture of shop floor based and office based work, including quality control duties.The role:
- Mixture of shop floor and office based work
- Mentoring and providing support to junior employees
- Driving the improvement of productivity
- Overseeing quality control in the assembly / finishing department
The person:
- Experience in metal fabrication, particularly steel and brass
- Any supervisory or team leader experience
