Responsibilities Include:
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Drainage Systems
- Pipe Repairs
- Leak Detection
- Water Heater Services
- Fixture Installations
- Back flow Prevention
- Plumbing Inspections
- Maintain water heaters and boilers to prevent malfunctions
Requirements:
- Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Heating
- Must have at least 1 year on maintenance plumbing
- Previous experience in commercial - FM sector
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
