Hours: 45 hours per week min

Requirements:
3+ years of Head Bartender/Bar management experience in a high end venue
Proven track record in supervising bars within 5-star hotels or exclusive private members clubs is a mandatory requirement.
Expertise in stock control, rotation, and product pricing.
Previous experience curating cocktail menus and designing prep recipes is essential.
