About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant at Aspire Learning, you will collaborate with diverse young people, assisting them in achieving positive learning outcomes despite the challenges they may face.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their educational and social development
  • Assist both inside and outside the classroom to ensure full engagement in activities
  • Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
  • Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and effectively manage classroom situations
  • Provide personalized learning support to students as needed
