New Teacher Role:

Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/experience
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong understanding of primary education curriculum and its adaptation for students with SEN- Enthusiastic about fostering academic and personal growth in primary students with diverse learning needs- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments- Proactive, innovative, and committed to student success
