Embark on a pivotal role in a dynamic national parcel network in Cullompton, where your expertise as a Warehouse Supervisor will be the cornerstone of operational success. This position offers a balanced work schedule with a 4 on/4 off pattern, with working hours of 3am to 1:30pm, allowing for significant time off to enjoy personal pursuits and maintain a healthy work-life harmony.As the backbone of the warehouse team, the role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar supervisory capacity. Reporting to the Day Manager you will oversee the team of employed and subcontract drivers including planning and debrief as well as ensuring all parcels and correctly loaded to vehicles, along with covering various roles with the admin office to support customer relations and delivering training to ensure safe and efficient processes are followed.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational targets, demonstrating a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management. A strong understanding of warehouse logistics operations, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and process optimisation, is essential.There are no qualifications required for this role, training on company policies and procedures will be given however exceptional leadership skills are paramount, as the role requires the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
