H9 Technical are currently working with a global EPC who require a Site Administrator to work on an EFW facility.As the Site Assistant based on site, the core duties will be to:

  • Act as office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation
  • Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
  • Act as project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents)
  • Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
  • Develop and co-ordinates business review reports in conjunction with Site Manager
  • Keep track of leave requests and absences
  • Create and adapts documents and templates
  • Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager
  • Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
  • Is aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

QualificationsProfessional Qualifications

  • Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
  • Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
  • Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications

  • Solution orientated
  • Good forward planner
  • Ability to present ideas effectively
  • Good command of English, other languages an advantage
  • The role generally receives no instruction on work and acts independently to determine methods and ability to work with limited supervision
