Production Operative
Our Client are a manufacturing FMCG company based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. Following a consistent period of growth and ongoing investments they are looking for Line Machine Operators to join their team offering excellent salary of 35,300 per annum.
Production Operative - Main duties are as follows:
- To be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available.
- To ensure specification sheet is followed at all times.
- Ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with Company hygiene requirements.
- Feed all line equipment with required materials.
- Participate in line equipment changes as required.
- Identify and rectify basic faults.
- Visual quality inspection.
Production Operative - Additional details:
- Must be able to work 12-hour Day and Night shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) on 3 on 3 off rotating shift basis
- 12-week Temp to Perm with regular hours, overtime and long term prospects
- Working at a modern state-of-the-art factory environment
Production Operative - Benefits:
- Salary equivalent 35,300 with OTE up to 45,000 per annum
- Saturday and 4th shift paid 18.30 Days and 20.74 Nights
- Sunday shift paid at 24.40 Days and 26.84 Nights
- Production bonus of 500 paid at 6-month intervals
- Paid breaks
