Service Care Solutions are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to work within the Gwent Police on a 6-months.Location: Cwmbran (Hybrid)Job Role/Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for meetings.
  • Handle written correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with call handling, filtering inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain confidential files and records related to executive matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Knowledge/Experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, understanding their priorities, and proactively managing their schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking during meetings.
  • Proficient typing skills with accuracy.
  • Ability to actively listen, understand instructions, and follow through on tasks.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook email, and calendar tools).
