Administrative Assistant

Your new companyLocated in Dalkeith, this public sector organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their recycling and greenspace team. An entirely new role has been created to streamline and improve the customer service function within the team.Your new roleWorking within an established team, as a key member, you'll be trusted with the following responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for customer enquiries, complaint handling and providing customer feedback.
• General administration duties working with their systems, Granicus and JADU
• Speaking to members of the public over the phone.
• Managing different spreadsheets and reporting information.

What you'll need to succeedA successful candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience.
• Confident navigating online systems.
• Self-starter who can apply their previous knowledge and expertise.
• Confident working with people.
