Our client, a premier events venue by South Queensferry are presently in search of a skilled Chef de Partie to join their team. In this role, we are looking for an exceptional individual to assist with menu preparation and design.
You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient operation of the kitchen and ensuring the upkeep of their food preparation and presentations of a range of events including conferences, weddings, and corporate dinners.
You will:
* Be dedicated and professional and will set high standards for the company.
* Have flexible availability with shifts ranging from 7am - 11pm and will include weekends.
* A good communicator.
* Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team.
* Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
* Have a can-do attitude when working closely and mentoring the commis chef while assisting the team to help drive excellence in culinary tasks.
* Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen.
