Your new companyAn opportunity to join a fast-growing distributor who partners with world-leading brands.Your new roleHaving sole responsibility for the Purchase ledger, whilst working closely with the finance team, including the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities will include:-
- Managing a busy ledger with 150+ repeat & key suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records of all suppliers
- Generating new suppliers on the ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Assisting with supplier queries
- Multi-currency invoices
- Assisting with the admin of the company's fleet vehicles
What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have 2+ years experience of working within Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable.Having sole responsibility for the ledger you will be able to self-manage and be happy to take on responsibility for the suppliers.Knowledge of Sage, Excel and foreign currency invoices will be a distinct advantage.What you'll get in return
