Job Title: Electrician
Location: Darlington

Hours – Monday to Friday – 40 hours (8am to 4:30pm)

The starting salary for the Electrician will vairy between £37,000-£42,000 dependant on experience. A company van and fuel card will be on offer after the probation period.

I currently have an opportunity for 2 x electricians to join a large commercial contractor specializing in comprehensive building services based in County Durham.

As an electrician, you will undertake a variety of tasks being responsible for performing electrical work, maintenance, and repairs.

Your job will involve:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Carry out testing and repairing/servicing electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with the electrical engineering team on projects and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Fire alarm system testing/servicing.
• Interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams.

To be successful, you will be expected to have the below Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
• 2391 testing & inspecting
• 18th edition
