IT Support Technician
Durham/Onsite
25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)
Day-to-Day:
- Support the internal hardware and software - maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all IT-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues via the helpdesk system.
- Assist with hardware and software installations for new users/system upgrades.
- Administer user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and security access for staff.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Support the wider tech team with both tickets and project work.
