Other key responsibilities include: 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives 
  • Promote innovation by identifying and integrating new technologies into business operations 
  • Ensure that the business's products, services and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers
  • Leading by example and modelling desired behaviours, such as transparency, accountability and a focus on continuous improvement 
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of your Business unit's organisational functions

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including business leaders and IT staff 
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development and data analysis
