Collaborate with business leaders to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives
Promote innovation by identifying and integrating new technologies into business operations
Ensure that the business's products, services and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers
Leading by example and modelling desired behaviours, such as transparency, accountability and a focus on continuous improvement
Develop deep domain knowledge of your Business unit's organisational functions
