The CompanyWe are pleased to be supporting one of our most valued clients in their search for a supply chain professional with experience of Fleet Management.The RoleThis role is a fixed term contract, with the possibility of being either full or part time.The Fleet admin manager will play a vital role in the day to day administration and management of the fleet of vehicles within the UK. This is an essential role which will ensure a seamless administration of all operational requirements of vehicles, ensuring the fleet supplier and drivers are fully compliant.Some of the key responsibilities are: - Act as the first point of contact and offer support to both drivers and fleet providers
- Support the transition of fleet suppliers through an existing tender process
- Manage service levels and make suggestions to encourage cost savings
- Manage driver requirements such as vehicle allocation, fuel cards, vehicle trackers and mileage monitoring
The PersonThe successful candidate will display the following qualities and attributes: - Ideally have demonstrable experience in a fleet related role
- Knowledge of legal regulations in relation to fleet vehicles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work projects and effectively meet deadlines
