Experienced and professional Administrators/Business Support Officers required to work with a Darlington based council on a long running temporary role in their child services team.
My client requires a business support officer (Administrator) to work from their Darlington office to assist in their social housing contracts.
Work will be carrying out the role of a administrator/ minute taker to provide support to a busy Team.
Working hours: 25 hours per week long running tempoary role.
Pay rate: 13.2 per hour
Your duties
- The ideal candidate will be require: Experience of Minute Taking and/or ability to convey discussion points in a clear written format.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills to enable them to manage a high workload whilst meeting statutory timescales.
- Manage a busy workload and demonstrate the ability to prioritise/reprioritise workloads as and when required to meet deadlines.
You will need:
- Experience in minute taking, call handling, good telephone manner and good IT skills
- Experience using MS Office software
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- English and maths GCSE or equivalent
