The BusinessHybrid Working - Flexible Hours/Holidays - Established Business - Amazing BenefitsAre you an experienced bureau payroller, seeking your next challenge?Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with an established firm of chartered accountants, looking to bring in a Senior Payroll Administrator for their team in Darlington.The RoleAs a Senior Payroll Administrator a typical day could include:
  • Providing an effective and efficient end to end payroll service to a variety of different clients. 
  • Reviewing work from other members of the team.
  • Assisting with the training and development of junior members of the team. 
  • Being a point of contact for clients and assisting with any issues that arise. 
  • Assisting the managers with their duties where required.

  • A competitive salary up to £32,000 depending on level of qualification and experience.

  • 9-day fortnight where you can work your contracted hours within 9 days to earn an extra day off every fortnight. 
The Requirements and ProcessTo qualify for this role as a Senior Payroll Administrator, you should:
  • Be experienced in working in a busy payroll bureau. 
  • Be confident working with technology.
  • Be exceptionally organised.
  • Be able to show initiative to solve problems. 
  • Be a confident and professional communicator. 
  • Be experienced in using Sage Payroll.
