The role : Hotel Manager
We are recruiting for a Hotel Manager to work at a new luxury residential development in Dartford. This is a full time, permanent role - working Monday to Friday office hours. Salary of up to £60-65K depending on experience.

What will you be doing as Hotel Manager?
- Accountability for the resident experience, ensuring that exceptional 5* customer service is being delivered at all times by all staff
- Answering queries or complaints from residents quickly and efficiently
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard
- Ensuring the successful management of the development
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the scheme
- Overall budgetary responsibility

What are we looking for from our Hotel Manager?
- An experienced manager from a similar environment such as:
Residential accommodation / Hotels & Hospitality / Commercial building such as gym, spa, high-end offices etc / Serviced offices
- Passionate about providing customer service at the highest standards
- Experience managing a budget
- Positive, pro-active, with a can-do attitude!
