- Monitor performance and sales strategy
- Develop sales strategies across the region to ensure ongoing achievement of sales targets
- Work with senior management to agree sales strategy and continue to monitor performance
- Develop a close and strong working relationship with customers and suppliers
- Keep up to date with systems, orders and customer data
- Work closely with any areas in the region that are struggling and focus on building customers in that geographical location
- Provide high levels of quality service and build relationships throughout the region
- Ensure customer displays and showrooms are maintained and developed in line with latest product launches and new stock
- Maintain sample stock levels and condition
- Promotion of new product lines
- Have a strong presence at trade shows, exhibitions and events
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role for a brand within interiors
- Have a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales plans and strategy
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Strong skills within negotiation and objection handling
- Ability to build positive and long lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proactive nature with the ability to remain motivated
- £36,000 basic salary
