- Lead commercial initiatives to grow profitable market share and enhance brand equity.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to build market and customer strategies.
- Develop data-led plans, KPIs, and dashboards to measure performance and drive decisions.
- Oversee value proposition, pricing, promotional strategies, and competitor mapping.
- Support channel optimisation, new sector development, and brand execution plans.
- 5–7 years in commercial roles (Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, etc.).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Confident in pricing, P&L understanding, and strategic planning.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Degree in Business or similar field.
