This global design and distribution company works with some of the most sought-after names in homewares. They’re on the lookout for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead on smart, creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, boost sales, and strengthen their position in the trade space.
In this role, you'll be the link between sales and marketing, working closely with the sales team to understand what trade customers need, and then turning that insight into standout campaigns, promotions, and merchandising strategies that deliver real impact.
The Job…
Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing you’ll be the key "go-to" when it comes to understanding and influencing their trade channel. You’ll hold responsibility for
- Gathering insights and identifying opportunities to drive sales engagement.
- Devising trade marketing strategies which support brand development, product launches, promotions and sales initiatives.
- Manage budgets and track ROI
- Use data to provide insights and highlight opportunities to senior management and
- Collaborate with product development and the digital marketing team to make sure everyone is on the same course
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of 3
What you’ll bring…
You’ll bring experience in trade marketing, ideally within the home improvement sector or similar. Beyond this you’ll be able to demonstrate
- A track record of developing trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills, you’ll be able to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to lead and mentor a small team.
